Bill & Wag’s Inc. promotes community involvement by partnering with organizations within the community and providing ways to get involved for its employees. Whether it be a monetary donation, a sacrifice of time, or just raising awareness, Bill & Wag’s is dedicated to the wellbeing of its community.
Bill & Wag’s Inc. celebrates being involved in local educational activities such as Touch-A-Truck™, which is “a family-friendly event designed to allow children to explore, climb, and touch vehicles of all shapes and sizes.” Each year Bill & Wag’s dedicates one month to the local Boys & Girls club(s) and donates a portion of each tow to the organization. Bill & Wag’s has participated in job fairs at the University of Redlands as well as at local preschools.
Bill & Wag’s supports its community further by donating cars to local preschools each year for the children to paint. Bill & Wag’s supports local fire departments in the same way by donating vehicles and allowing the departments to utilize the Bill & Wag’s yards for training. We also open our yard to the Sheriff’s Department for K9 trainings as needed.
Bill & Wag’s is involved with the towing community and regularly hosts trainings for the California Tow Truck Association.

Ms. Williams purchased Bill & Wag’s after years of success running a publicly traded company in the transportation industry, specializing in tow trucks. She began transforming Bill & Wag’s armed with over twenty years knowledge and applied understanding of the transportation industry. Her expertise in trucks and their capabilities is unmatched. Working closely with Bill Robertson, Casey has kept Bill & Wag’s true to its towing and recovery roots in the city of Ontario while transforming the company to her vision of being a positive example to the community and most importantly, her employees.
Mr. Strawderman first joined the Bill & Wag’s Team in 1989 as a tow truck operator. Since that time Jay has advanced his career, becoming fluent in all facets of the towing industry. With over thirty years’ experience, along with his extensive list of certifications Jay is an expert in heavy duty recovery, with an. His expertise provides an excellent foundation for him to teach new drivers the trade while keeping our fleet compliant and in pristine condition. Jay trains all of our drivers to use extreme caution to best ensure the safety of our driver and customers.
At Bill & Wag’s, we are a family owned and run business. Our entire staff are an intrgal part of that family, and their dedication and work ethic is shared by all.
The company legacy will continue because our family siblings are being groomed at a young age. Our philosophy is to master all components of the business. As board members, trade show salesman, and truck operators, we are very proud of them.
Can I just say that Todd is totally awesome and has the best customer service I've ever dealt with. Although being in the pouring down rain his peers were still high and he lifted me up even though I was in a bad situation. He had no problem fixing my tire but the smile on his face the whole time. Shout out to Bill and Wags for all of their exemplary service this morning. From the very friendly female voice on the phone to the guy who came and picked up my car and towed it. It's never a fun time having to use this kind of service, but I do have to say they made it way less stressful for me. I appreciate the service and respect shown. I have seen your name for years on the Chino 77th Cavalry trailer and in all of our programs. So who else would I call?! I just want to give a great big THANK YOU to BILL & WAGS FOR SENDING OUT Chris. It was around 5:15 in the morning n my tire blew out! It was dark n scary. I called Bill & Wags which was my 1st time using them. They said the tow service would be out in a 1:2 hour or sooner. They came within the time frame provided, n I had excellent service from Chris. He went right to work on my tire, he was diligent n a perfect gentleman. He put air in my spare , put it on n followed me to the gas station to make sure the air pressure was good. Awesome service!!! I wouldn't trust anyone other than Bill & Wags! My tractor and trailer blew over on the freeway during heavy winds. I watched the Bill & Wags operator upright my equipment so easily like it was nothing! I couldn't believe how smoothly their team worked together and my equipment was undamaged from their job. From the initial phone call, their dispatch team was so helpful to the responsive team getting out to me quickly and their billing department was so easy to work with. I highly recommend Bill & Wag's!
