At Bill & Wag’s, we love giving back to our community. We partner with local organizations and encourage our team to get involved in meaningful ways—whether that's through donations, volunteering time, or simply helping spread the word. We're truly committed to supporting the well-being of the people and places around us.
We especially enjoy participating in local educational events, like Touch-A-Truck™—a fun, family-friendly event where kids get to explore, climb on, and check out vehicles of all kinds up close. Every year, we dedicate one full month to supporting our local Boys & Girls Clubs by donating a portion of every tow we complete during that time. We go further by donating old cars each year to nearby preschools so the kids can paint and play on them. We've also taken part in job fairs at local colleges including the University of Redlands.
Bill & Wag’s values our relationships greatly with our first responders. We are proud to donate vehicles to local fire departments for their use and donate our yards as training sites for the departments. Our facilities are also open to the Sheriff’s Department whenever they need space for K9 training. The facility, the vehicle and staff time are all donated at no cost to the departments.
On top of that, we're active in the towing industry itself—we regularly host training sessions for the California Tow Truck Association to help keep everyone sharp and safe.
Since
1963
Casey Williams is the President and owner of Bill & Wag’s. After building a strong track record leading a publicly traded company in the transportation industry—with a special focus on tow trucks—she acquired Bill & Wag’s and set out to build on its foundation.
With more than 20 years of deep, hands-on experience in the field, Casey brings unmatched knowledge of trucks and their real-world capabilities. Under her leadership, the company has grown into a certified woman-owned small business (WOSB), expanded its fleet to over 25 pieces of equipment, added multiple locations across the Inland Empire (including Ontario and Redlands), and continued delivering reliable light, medium, and heavy-duty towing plus on- and off-road recovery services for more than 50 years since the business started in 1963. She’s not just the CEO, when the situation calls for it, Casey is not afraid to roll up her sleeves and jump in alongside her operators to get her hands dirty. She has been known to dangle from a crane on occasion, because she knows she needs to do what it takes to get the job done.
She works closely with Bill Robertson to stay true to the company's classic towing and recovery roots right here in Ontario, while turning it into the positive, community-focused business she always pictured—one that's known for honesty, integrity, clean and well-maintained trucks, and being a great place for employees.
Jay Strawderman is our Operations Manager and a true cornerstone of the Bill & Wag’s team. He first joined us back in 1989 as a tow truck operator and has been growing with the company ever since.
Over more than 35 years now, Jay has become an expert in every part of the towing industry—from light-duty jobs to heavy-duty recovery. With his extensive certifications and deep hands-on know-how, he's one of the best in the business when it comes to tough recoveries.
Jay plays a big role in training our new drivers, sharing his skills so they can do the job safely and right from day one. He also keeps our entire fleet in top shape—clean, compliant, and ready to go. Safety is always his top priority; he trains everyone to drive with extreme caution to protect our drivers, our customers, and everyone on the road.
We're lucky to have Jay's experience and dedication helping guide the team and keep things running smoothly every day.
In addition to our leadership, at Bill & Wag’s our team is like an extended family including operators, drivers and back office support. We couldn’t function without all of them.
At Bill & Wag’s, we’re a family-owned and family-run business through and through. Our whole team feels like part of the family, and everyone shares the same strong work ethic and dedication to doing things right. In a business, and a world, where honesty is not always a key virtue, our family takes pride in doing things differently.
We’re proud that the next generation is already growing up in the business. From a young age, our siblings and family members learn every part of what we do — whether they’re helping on the board, working trade shows, selling on the floor, or driving the trucks. They’re getting great at all of it, and we couldn’t be more proud of our next generation.
Can I just say that Todd is totally awesome and has the best customer service I've ever dealt with. Although being in the pouring down rain his peers were still high and he lifted me up even though I was in a bad situation. He had no problem fixing my tire but the smile on his face the whole time. Again thank you so muchTodd Greatly appreciated and it's good to see that people still care!!!!

Shout out to Bill and Wags for all of their exemplary service this morning. From the very friendly female voice on the phone to the guy who came and picked up my car and towed it. It's never a fun time having to use this kind of service, but I do have to say they made it way less stressful for me. I appreciate the service and respect shown. I have seen your name for years on the Chino 77th Cavalry trailer and in all of our programs. So who else would I call?! I will definitely recommend you to all of my friends and will be giving you guys a huge round of applause at our next booster meeting. Thank you again for the great service!!!!

I just want to give a great big THANK YOU to BILL & WAGS FOR SENDING OUT Chris. It was around 5:15 in the morning n my tire blew out! It was dark n scary. I called Bill & Wags which was my 1st time using them. They said the tow service would be out in a 1:2 hour or sooner. They came within the time frame provided, n I had excellent service from Chris. He went right to work on my tire, he was diligent n a perfect gentleman. He put air in my spare , put it on n followed me to the gas station to make sure the air pressure was good. Awesome service!!! I wouldn't trust anyone other than Bill & Wags! My tractor and trailer blew over on the freeway during heavy winds. I watched the Bill & Wags operator upright my equipment so easily like it was nothing! I couldn't believe how smoothly their team worked together and my equipment was undamaged from their job. From the initial phone call, their dispatch team was so helpful to the responsive team getting out to me quickly and their billing department was so easy to work with. I highly recommend Bill & Wag's!
